It is one of the biggest concrete factories in Erbil specifically and in Iraq as a whole. It was established in year 2001 on a 30-acre (75,000 square meter) land. It is capable to produce up to 220-ton of concrete in one hour. It has 15 mixers, 4 concrete pumps and 4 bulldozers. The raw materials are being provided by contracts with cement and other material factories supplied daily by 20 tipper trucks owned by Barz Ready Mix.
